These are the grades we have chosen to feature at Cabot Hills Maple:

Vermont Grade A Dark Amber: With a deep amber color and a rich maple flavor, Dark Amber syrup is popular for all-around use.

Vermont Grade B: With the deepest maple flavor, many people like Grade B for the table and enjoy its robust flavor for cooking.

There are two other grades available in Vermont; Vermont Fancy which is the lightest and mildest maple flavor and Vermont Grade A Medium Amber which falls between Fancy and Dark Amber. If you would prefer one of these grades, please contact us.
